Yurene is from Mexico and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Digital Media from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She is the director of the award-winning documentary short I.M.YONI, officially selected at the IRIS LGBTQ+ Film Festival (2023).

She began her career in the film industry with MiXula Films (2018) and All About Media (2019), working primarily on television productions and feature films. In addition, she has gained valuable experience collaborating with U.S. companies, particularly in content creation for social media and internal communications.
